We need more team managers!
Each PVC team works under the supervision of two team managers, parent volunteers who help the team with scheduling, time management and conflict resolution (but never offer advice or direct help regarding the challenge solution, which is known in DI as ‘interference.’) As a team manager, you will have the final say in when and where your team meets, based on your own schedule.
